Returns and Cancellations:

Body Jewellery & Earrings: Returns are accepted providing the seal on the plastic bag is not broken (items are individually packed for Hygiene reasons) and goods undamaged.
(If the item has already been dispatched you will be required to pay the return postage.)
Any items returned to us must be returned via "Royal Mail Signed For Service" and will be at your own cost.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If we supply the wrong item or the item is faulty we will replace or refund you.
